EmPOWER Maryland is a program – funded by all Maryland utility customers – to conserve electricity, providing benefits to all users of the electric grid.
As part of their EmPOWER Maryland portfolios, Maryland’s largest electric utilities (BGE, Delmarva, Pepco and Potomac Edison), offer many programs to save your home or business energy and money.
Programs include lighting and appliance rebates, HVAC, Home Performance with Energy Star, Energy Star New homes, combines heat and power, and other efficiency services and industrial facilities.
